Flexlink Technologies delivers nationwide across Nigeria. Whether you’re in a major city or a remote location, we ensure your orders are delivered safely and promptly.
2. Shipping Options
We offer several shipping options to cater to your delivery needs:
- Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option delivers orders across Nigeria within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping for eligible locations. Express deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 business days.
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for select items and locations within Lagos. Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM to qualify for same-day delivery.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. The following factors influence shipping charges:
- Weight/Size: Heavier or bulkier items may incur higher shipping fees.
- Location: Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may have an additional charge.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on certain items or orders exceeding a specified amount.
4. Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during holidays or sales periods.
- Tracking: When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.
5. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen and your location:
- Lagos and Major Cities: Standard delivery within 2–4 business days.
- Other States: Standard delivery within 4–7 business days.
- Remote Areas: Delivery within 7–10 business days.
Please note that unforeseen events such as weather conditions, strikes, or customs delays may affect delivery times.
6. Order Status and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery in real-time through the courier’s website or our tracking portal. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
7. Undeliverable Packages
In cases where a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, Flexlink Technologies reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery. If the package is returned to us and the customer opts for a refund, the shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regional laws. Additionally, certain areas may not be eligible for express or same-day shipping. We will notify you during the checkout process if your order is affected by any restrictions.
9. International Shipping
Currently, Flexlink Technologies only ships within Nigeria. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
10. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with our shipping partners to investigate the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
